05 Transparency — EITI and cadastre

  • EITI: the 2021-2022 reconciliation reports were published with a score of 85/100 — Guinea remains a compliant country, but the reports are ~2 years late by nature.
  • Mining cadastre: 892 titles and authorisations as of 31/12/2025 (727 valid statuses, 131 renewals, 33 extensions, 1 transfer).
  • Recommendation: publishing a public dashboard of flows (by mine, by company, by local authority) — the Brazilian CFEM model — remains to be built in Guinea.
