02 Reuse licence (CC BY-NC-ND)
The content of this site — texts, charts, share cards — is made available under the Creative Commons Attribution - NonCommercial - NoDerivatives 4.0 International licence (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0).
- BY (Attribution): any reuse must credit 'Guinea Mines Data' and the original source (e.g. MMG Bulletin N°30).
- NC (NonCommercial): commercial use is prohibited without prior written authorisation.
- ND (NoDerivatives): content may not be modified, transformed or adapted.
Raw data: the data itself (production, taxes, prices) is public data published by the MMG and EITI; this licence covers the compilation, formatting and visualisations on this site, not the ownership of the underlying public data.
03 Terms of use
- Normal use: browsing, sharing with attribution (cards, quotes), non-commercial educational and journalistic use with source credit.
- Prohibited: mass automated extraction (scraping) for commercial purposes, resale of data or visualisations, presenting content as one's own.
- Accuracy: data is dated and sourced but may contain errors or missing links flagged as such. When in doubt, check the original source.
- Not an investment adviser: Guinea Mines Data is a data observatory, not a financial adviser. The content does not constitute investment advice or a buy/sell recommendation.
- Site changes: these terms may evolve; the online version prevails.
